Who is Arjun? Whats his mission? Will he succeed? Here happens the twist in the tale. He manages to gain her love with the help of his friend Deva (Soori), who is a local rowdy.Arjun wins the confidence of the Deputy Commissioner and the latter gives his nod for the wedding of Divya and Arjun. Divya is the younger sister of Tamizh Selvan (Jegapathi Babu) the Deputy Commissioner of Police.
